Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
  • In its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Tights, leggings, insoles, bandanas, skins, socks
  • Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
